I read that P&G is planning to release Rouge, its new health and beauty magazine in the USA. Could brands be the savior of the press? After sponsoring them through advertising, they might see more value in publishing themselves so as to have the contact details and learn even more about their consumers. Also it is a first step in engaging in conversation.
At the same time I read that Unilever is selling its CRM plateform which looks like a magazine called Pourtoutvousdire to Publicis. I don't understand why Unilever is doing this and I think that it is a mistake and yet another great aquisition by Publicis.
