Marketers choose Word of Mouth

According to the Association of National Advertisers, which "includes 400 companies with 9,000 brands that collectively spend over $250 billion in marketing communications", social networking and word of mouth activities are likely to be increased by 26% in the current economic environment. When times are tough, results are more important than ever, and marketers seem to believe that they can find them in Word of Mouth.
