Crowdsourcing: Starbucks after Dell

Dell has this website called Ideastorm. Now Starbucks has also a website called My Starbuck Idea.

On both of these website, clients can contribute ideas and critics on how to improve products or services. They are taking advantage of their size and notoriety to get more ideas - than a smaller competitor couldn't - by asking everyone to contribute. It also valorizes the contributors as they have a saying in future changes. I think that every company on this planet should have such websites - for survival's sake!
